We’re a Shopify agency based in Manchester, set up in 2025.

The idea was simple from the start: build Shopify stores that are easy to run and make sense to the people using them. Not just sites that look polished on the surface, but ones that hold up when real customers start clicking around.

Since launching, we’ve worked with over 25 ecommerce brands. Some were starting from scratch, others already had stores live but needed things tightened up or rebuilt in parts. Working across different stages like that has shaped how we approach every project. There isn’t a fixed way we do things, because no two stores end up in the same place.

How we work

Most of our work sits around Shopify and the pieces that support it.

That includes store builds, fixes, improvements, and the smaller adjustments that affect how people move through a site and make decisions. Things like product layout, navigation, page structure, email flows and how content is set out across the store.

We don’t treat these as separate tasks. They all affect each other, so they’re looked at as part of the same system.

What we believe

Stores don’t usually need more layers or more tools. In most cases, they need things to be clearer, easier to use, and less cluttered.

A lot of ecommerce work gets overcomplicated.

That might mean removing steps in the buying process, reworking how products are grouped, or making information easier to find on mobile. Small changes often have more impact than full rebuilds.

We focus on that kind of work.

Who we work with

We work with all sorts of Shopify stores.

Some are early-stage and need help getting the foundations right. Others are already established and want to improve how the store performs without starting again.

We’re not selective about size or stage. What matters more is whether the business is actually focused on improving how it sells online.

What we don’t do

We don’t rely on long processes or unnecessary layers of planning.

There’s no overuse of jargon or complicated frameworks that don’t change anything for the customer. The focus stays on the store and what needs to be improved.

If something can be simplified, it usually should be.

A straightforward approach

Everything comes back to how the store works day to day.

Can people find what they’re looking for.
Does the product page answer their questions.
Is the checkout process smooth enough.
Are things easy to manage behind the scenes.

If something isn’t working properly, we deal with it directly.

Work with us

We build and improve Shopify stores for brands that want things done properly, without unnecessary noise around it.

If you’re looking to fix parts of your store or build something new that’s easier to run and easier for customers to use, we can help with that.
